Volkswagen Routan Fog Lamp Acivation code?

Fog lamp kit is available.

Fog light kit is easy to install.

But do not install the switch or plug in the harness.Its of no use or benefit. Get it done with your VW dealer.

Because they will need to "code" the Routan for foglights/auto on off and activate the dashlight indicator.

Many others too have installed the fog lights easily in 30 minutes,but it did not work without activating. They  installed the lights and ran all the wiring to the correct location, and just zip tied the plug temporarily, till they could get me in to code.


 HID in both low beam and fogs... they look great.But not work till the code get activated.
