Using Chevrolet Corvette C6 2006 wheels and tires on Chevrolet Corvette C5 2004?

Yes its possible.

The factory size tire for a 2004 is as follows: Front 245/45/17 and Rear 275/40/18.
The factory size tire for a 2006 is as follows: Front 245/40/18 and Rear 285/35/19.

Both of these sizes have circumferences within 1% of each other. Essentially they are the same diameter and will have no effect on your speedometer or traction control/ABS. The front tires will be the same width so turning should not cause any problems. The rear tires would be 10mm wider (roughly about 3/8 inch). You may notice a slightly stiffer ride, however this would be minimal. So this should be an easy swap with no problems. Make sure you swap tire pressure sensors to your new wheels.
